Sticky Knowledge - History, Geography and Science

We want our children to be secure in their learning and the design of our curriculum includes opportunities for our children to revisit previous learning. The curriculum in each subject is carefully planned and sequenced so that new knowledge and skills build on what has been taught before.

Teachers have identified crucial content that they want our children to remember long term  which is needed for their subsequent learning. We call this 'Sticky Knowledge.'
