Enrichment Activities

At New Road we support the 'Extended Schools' initiative which promotes the benefit of children participating in activities that extend beyond the classroom and school day.  We work hard to provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of our pupils, their families and our local community. Activities include holiday clubs, after school clubs, information sessions and family learning workshops.

Both play and physical activity are important for children's health and wellbeing and our planned enrichment activities increase the children's opportunities to get involved in sports and engage with new activities. 

After School Clubs and Holiday Clubs can provide convenient and low-cost childcare for parents and carers and also support them in their work commitments.

Bushcraft, Karate, Multi Sports, Football Club, Glee Club, Craft Club, Reading Club, Recorder Club, French Club, Photography Club, Family Fitness the list goes  on..............
